Technical Architect- Full stack (Angular & .Net)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect - Full Stack to lead our software development efforts. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in, Angular, .NET technologies and full-stack development practices. You will be responsible for architecting, designing, and overseeing the development of scalable and high-performing web applications, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

•Architecture & Design:
oLead the design and architecture of complex full-stack applications using Angular and .NET
oEnsure the architecture is scalable, robust, and maintainable, aligning with business objectives.
oEnsure well-optimized technical architecture enhances system performance, allowing applications to handle increasing user traffic without performance degradation
oDefine and document the technical architecture, including data models, APIs, and UI components.

•Technology Leadership:

oStay updated with the latest technologies and frameworks in the .NET and Angular ecosystems.
oProvide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture.
oLead the evaluation and adoption of new tools, frameworks, and technologies that can enhance productivity and quality.

•Technical Expertise:

oStrong proficiency in .NET Core/ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Web API.
oExtensive experience with Angular (preferably Angular 9+) and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript,JQuery).
oSolid understanding of database design and management using SQL Server or other RDBMS.
oGood working exposure with REST API integrations.
oOptimizing Angular Application Performance
oExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS,GCP.
oProficient in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience:

o8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with .NET and Angular.
oProven experience in a technical leadership role, architecting, and delivering complex software projects.
oStrong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

•Development & Implementation:

oHands-on involvement in the development of key modules, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
oOversee the integration of third-party services and APIs, ensuring seamless interoperability.
oImplement security best practices across the entire stack, including secure coding, data encryption, and authentication mechanisms.
•Collaboration & Communication:
oCollaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
oDrive continuous improvement by identifying areas for automation, optimization, and refactoring within the codebase.
oCommunicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.
•Quality Assurance:
oEstablish and enforce coding standards, code review processes, and testing strategies to ensure high code quality.
oWork with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance across all projects.
oLead efforts to diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues.

•Soft Skills:

oExcellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
oStrong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
oAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
