Responsibilities -

  • The ServiceNow Platform Architect is a technical leader who provides consultative leadership to the Platform Team, assures platform alignment to business strategy, and governance decisions.
  • The architect will work with other architecture teams across IT to ensure the model is intertwined at an enterprise level.
  • On a day-to-day basis, the architect documents the platform, analyzes impacts of new requirements, and provides controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are leveraged in the delivery of business solutions.
  • Overall, the ServiceNow Platform Architect has strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of business strategy and policies that govern the ServiceNow platform and possesses advanced ServiceNow knowledge and skills.

  • You bring in-depth knowledge of enterprise security and architecture
  • You bring in-depth knowledge in ServiceNow Application Development
  • You have experience with database design schemas and data modeling
  • You bring strong requirements-gathering experience
  • You bring expert knowledge of Now Platform® Capabilities
