Technical Support Engineers & Trainees

We are looking for Technical Support engineers for the implementation and support of our software products. You will collaborate with a highly skilled team of technical support engineers in both India and the US to provide comprehensive software support services to customers worldwide.

Responsibilities:
• Provide implementation and technical support for our software products to international clients.
• Provide production support for web applications built in .NET or Java.
• Provide technical assistance for Windows web servers, database servers, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Diagnose, document, and track technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution to meet customer needs.

Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in software and technical support.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Exceptional troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of software implementation processes.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including FTP, HTTP, DNS, and Active Directory.
• Proficient in administering Windows (server and desktop), Linux, and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other databases.
• Willingness to work rotational 24/7 shifts (8 hours per day, 5 days per week, totaling 40 hours).
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP; certification is a plus.

Note: Freshers with excellent communication skills and those who completed internships courses in MCSE/Networking/Cloud systems can apply for the trainee post.
