Sr. Consultant/Manager-Change Management

Work on change management programs, with oversight from a Transformational Change Manager. Deploy measurable change management interventions and wider transformational change initiatives. Operate, with support where needed across change management, communications
Experience : 4+ years’ experience of change management experience (2-3 end to end change management project experience is mandatory)
Soft Skills and experience:
- Individual delivery of high impact change management activities
- Working knowledge of organization change management for IT solutions
- Understanding of change management approaches
- Able to produce high quality business-facing deliverables and activities to drive and sustain change
- Resilient and able to manage challenge and resistance
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
People with experience working on OCM (Organizational change management) only
Preference – Should have experience in to organization Change/ behavioral change (IT, ITIL experience will not be considered)
Target Companies Infosys, IBM, HCL, TCS, Concentrix, Bristlecone, AXA XL, Accenture, Capgemini & Wipro
Please focus on someone who has done ERP enabled change management
