Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Paytm products and services to potential clients in designated territories.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Paytm offerings.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to drive business growth.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and participate in training programs as required.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in field sales or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the digital payment industry and Paytm products is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is desirable.
