About the internship:

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for e-commerce and luxury products? LuxuryKase is seeking a dynamic E-commerce Operations intern to join our team As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our dedicated team to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of luxury e-commerce.

1. Assist with daily e-commerce operations, including order processing and inventory management.

2. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze sales data and identify trends to optimize product listings.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for our website and social media platforms.

4. Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

5. Assist with customer service tasks, including processing returns and exchanges.

6. Help coordinate logistics for product shipments and deliveries.

7. Support the team with various ad-hoc projects to drive e-commerce growth and success.
