DB Corp also has a significant presence in the Radio and Digital Media segment.

94.3 MY FM, the radio brand of the group is the largest radio network in India, with presence in 30 cities across 7 states.

The digital arm of the group, DB Digital has 4 portals and 3 apps in Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi.


Our 'new launches' have been taken up as case studies by leading management institutes in India, such as Indian Institute of Management (IIM Ahmedabad)- for Ahmedabad Edition launch, Indian Institute of Management (IIM Bangalore) - for Aurangabad Edition Launch in Marathi Language and Mudra Institute for Communication- Jaipur Edition launch.

Further, Marico Foundation, London, has published our growth and innovative marketing techniques in a book to illustrate how Dainik Bhaskar Group radically turned around the marketing of Indian language newspaper and achieved # 1 position from Day 1 of the launch.

Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Head of Brand Brand Alliances & Sponsorship.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing strategic alliances with brands across industries, as well as securing sponsorship deals for our various initiatives and events, contributing to the growth and market positioning of Dainik Bhaskar, Divya Bhaskar & Divya Marathi.

The role will report to the Head of Brand and product marketing based out of Bhopal. The role requires traveling to Bhopal and clients locations as per the requirement. The State brand alliance & partnership team will report into this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand alliance and sponsorship strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate potential brand partners and sponsors based on market trends, audience demographics, and business goals.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, brands, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between brand alliances, sponsorships, and the overall marketing strategy.

Deal Negotiation:

  • Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with brand partners and sponsors, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that enhance Dainik Bhaskar's brand image and revenue streams.

Event Sponsorship:

  • Drive revenue generation through effective sponsorship deals for events such as Bhaskar Utsav, Abhivakti, Youth Festivals, and other brandrelated initiatives.
  • Develop and close annual sponsorship deals with clients, meeting revenue targets and ensuring a positive return on investment.

Innovative Campaigns:

  • Conceptualize and execute innovative and impactful brand campaigns, leveraging partnerships and sponsorships to maximize visibility and engagement.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for strategic alliances and sponsorships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, editorial, and events, to ensure the seamless execution of brand partnerships, sponsorships, and events.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for brand alliance and sponsorship activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize returns.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing successful brand partnerships in the media or related industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to create winwin solutions.
