About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Be a policy implementation champion by visiting the community to create awareness of the government policies we are working on.

2. Learn about the work and skills during our onboarding training at the office.

3. Identify the beneficiaries and get their details to support them.

4. Fill out online applications like an E-shram card, Ayushman Bharat card, etc. while doing home visits.

5. Learn the ground realities and develop your personality as a whole.

About Company:We have been operating since 2018, and in the last four years, we have supported 22,000 children getting benefits from the RTE Act and 6,000 mothers getting benefits from the PMMVY scheme. In the last year, we were also able to design a behavioral change program around maternal and child health care programs for the families of low-income families living in urban and rural areas.

Our work is unique in terms of its strategy. We identify families' specific needs and later provide 360-degree support to those families in terms of bringing about behavioral change and unlocking multiple welfare schemes. We are using technology for data management and humans for retaining the personal connection, which is key to our work. Our work is intense and engaging in terms of strategy, and we keep track of all our beneficiaries every month too. We provide online and offline support to have a blended approach to our work.
