Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Partnership Development: Connect with business stakeholders such as career coaches, skill development institutes, recruiters, and other related organizations to forge strategic partnerships. Schedule and coordinate calls and meetings for the director. Maintain and manage the director s diary, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are met.

2. Intern Management: Assist in the hiring process for social media marketing and affiliate marketing interns. Oversee the work of hired interns, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.

3. Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to support day-to-day business operations. Handle correspondence, document preparation, and data entry as needed.

4. Business Development: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to expand Employment Success s client base. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the employment and consulting industry. Prepare business development presentations and proposals. Help in creating and maintaining business development materials, such as brochures and client presentations. Coordinate and support marketing campaigns and outreach efforts to attract new clients.

5. Client Relationship Management: Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Help organize and execute client engagement activities and events. Gather client feedback and work on continuous improvement of services.
