Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement the company's strategic plan in alignment with the organizations vision, mission, and longterm objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
  • Lead the execution of strategic initiatives to expand market presence, increase revenue, and achieve profitability targets.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of operations, including food production, quality control, logistics, and service delivery, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize productivity, minimize costs, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and financial performance to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Leadership and Team Development:

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the executive team and department heads to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring that the organization has the necessary skills, expertise, and resources to achieve its objectives.
  • Promote a positive work environment that values diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively address customer feedback, concerns, and complaints to ensure high quality service delivery and exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings, customize solutions, and improve value proposition to meet evolving customer needs.

Financial Management and Performance:

  • Develop and manage the company's annual budget, financial forecasts, and business plans to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
  • Monitor financial performance, cash flow, and budget variances, taking corrective actions as needed to ensure financial health and sustainability.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, capital allocation decisions, and costsaving initiatives to maximize return on investment and shareholder value.

Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing food safety, sanitation, health, and safety practices.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, threats, and challenges that may impact the companys reputation, operations, or financial stability.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies, contingency plans, and crisis response protocols to minimize potential disruptions and liabilities.
