Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the cleaning process, including scrubbing, sweeping, and swabbing across all departments, both within and outside the center premises.
- Manage housekeeping operations, overseeing activities to ensure top-notch services and impeccable cleanliness.
- Create rosters for housekeeping staff, ensuring seamless coverage for all areas.
- Handle inward and outward correspondence while maintaining housekeeping stocks.
- Maintain cleanliness records, duty rosters, and health records of housekeeping staff.
- Manage housekeeping stock maintenance, with a focus on patient and staff care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality service experience.
- Provide training to staff in various areas such as spill management, hand hygiene, and biomedical waste segregation.
- Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste, adhering to guidelines and maintaining accurate records.
- Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the Center Manager.
