Urgent Hiring AI Chatbot Developer (WFH)
Join our team as an AI Chatbot Developer and lead the development of innovative chatbot solutions.

Your expertise in natural language processing, machine learning, and data analysis will be crucial in creating intelligent and engaging chatbots that provide value to our customers.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be involved in every stage of chatbot development, from ideation and design to testing and deployment.

Your contributions will drive innovation and help us stay ahead in the rapidly evolving field of AI chatbots.

As a Chatbot Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining advanced conversational AI solutions for various applications, such as customer support, lead generation, and data collection.


Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

Design and develop conversational agents using natural language processing (NLP) and AI technologies to create interactive and engaging chatbot experiences.


Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather and analyze data from user interactions to improve the chatbots performance and accuracy.

Conversation Flow Design:
Develop conversational flows, including dialogues and interactions, to guide users through various processes and tasks.

Platform Integration:

Integrate chatbots with various platforms such as websites, messaging apps (e.g., Facebook Messenger, Slack, WhatsApp), and voice assistants (e.g., Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant).


Testing and Debugging:
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the chatbot functions smoothly across all supported platforms.

User Experience Optimization:
Continuously optimize the user experience by monitoring user interactions and making necessary adjustments to improve performance.

Stay Updated:

Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and chatbot technologies and apply them to improve chatbot functionality.


Collaborate:

Work with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality chatbot solutions that meet business goals.


Documentation:
Maintain thorough documentation of the chatbots design, implementation, and iterations for future reference and development.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices to safeguard user data.


Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or specialized training in AI and NLP are a plus.

Experience:
Proven experience in developing chatbots or conversational AI solutions. Familiarity with chatbot development frameworks such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework.

Technical Skills:
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#. Experience with machine learning and natural language processing libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, or TensorFlow.

Problem-Solving:
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address complex challenges.

Communication:
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with different teams and understand user needs.

Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and technologies.

Attention to Detail:
High attention to detail to ensure chatbots function accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Experience with Cloud Platforms:
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure for deploying chatbots.

Experience with Analytics Tools:
Knowledge of analytics tools to monitor and analyze chatbot performance.

Knowledge of Voice Assistant Technologies:
Experience working with voice assistant technologies like Alexa and Google Assistant.
