Duties:

  • Recruiting and staffing
  • Organizational departmental planning;
  • Performance management and improvement systems; Organization development;
  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees; Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training; Policy development and documentation; Employee relations;
  • Companywide committee facilitation;
  • Company employee and community communication;
  • Compensation and benefits administration;
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
  • Employee services and counseling.
  • Leadership at the tactical, strategic and relational levels.
  • High visibility to clients and staff, providing on call executive response to issues as they arise
  • Ensures a broad range of productive stakeholder relationships
Represents the State in national forums

  • Leads workforce planning initiatives to ensure workforce supply
  • Provides leadership and representation in Enterprise Bargaining negotiations
  • Promotes and supports education improvement through human resource strategies and programs
