We are looking for a Technical Specialist in Cabinet Hardware Design and Fabrication at global grade 13, part of the Process Automation business within the Energy Industries division in Bangalore, India. Reporting to the Technical Authority, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining standard hardware solutions for the PAEN system, ensuring cost efficiency and technical excellence in hardware design and fabrication for tendering processes.

Your responsibilities
  • Develop and update hardware solutions based on customer needs and market trends
  • Collaborate on engineering tool development for efficiency improvements
  • Provide technical expertise and support to project teams
  • Contribute to updating engineering estimating models
  • Optimize HW sourcing and ensure technical compliance
  • Participate in technical reviews to ensure adherence to standards
Your background
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering
  • 5+ years experience in FEED, design, implementation, and testing of control systems
  • Proficiency with ABB 800xA System and related standards
  • Experience in cabinet fabrication and testing
  • Familiarity with industry electrical standards
  • International work experience with diverse stakeholders
