  • Will be a part of the Taxation team.

Following are the activities list

  • Ensure proper accounting in compliance with goods and services tax laws Monthly filing of GST returns and payment of GST liabilities Reconciliation of GST paid by vendors monthly basis Prepare data for GST assessment and appeal from time to time
  • Ensure proper documentation in compliance with SEZ tax laws Work with SEZ authorities for the financial data submission
  • Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing
  • Ensure advance tax calculation and payment is done as per the timeline Ensure annual compliances under Income Tax and Transfer Pricing Assistance in appeals and assessment cases

Internal Controls

  • Prepare the documentation to ensure internal financial controls environment is established and in compliance with US GAAP, SOX and legal statutory requirements.

Basic Skillsets:

  • 8+ years' tax experience in public accounting firm or MNC handling Direct and Indirect Tax Technically strong with solid knowledge and experience in India Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous Possess good business acumen and highly adaptive. Mature, proactive, resourceful, and hands-on with good initiative. Independent worker who can work well with minimal supervision. Fast worker with ability to work well under stress.
