Responsibility Statements

  • Reviews current processes and identifies patterns.
  • Checks work for accuracy.
  • Evaluates compliance with performance standards (SLAs) as per the contract.
  • Appraises different sampling methods and selects the appropriate samples for audits.
  • Evaluates workflow tools for generating reports.
  • Provides guidance to Level 1 auditors on sampling methods and business processes.
  • Ensures accuracy of data reconciliation in transaction processing.
  • Collaborates with external auditors, including (SOC 1) Service and Organizational Control Report.
  • Performs other assigned duties and adheres to all policies and standards.
