The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Awareness Strategist to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing 's market presence and positioning it as the go-to solution for DIYers, interior designers, architects, and project managers globally. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker, with a proven track record of success in digital marketing, public relations, and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that increase 's awareness, engage target audiences, and generate leads.

- Content Creation: Craft compelling content across various formats (blogs, press releases, social media posts, newsletters) that communicates 's value proposition, features, and success stories.

- Social Media Management: Manage and grow 's presence on social media platforms, such as Instagram, Youtube and Pinterest.

- Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and thought leaders in the interior design and tech industries to secure coverage and elevate brand visibility.

- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies, adjusting tactics as needed to achieve objectives.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and leverage insights for marketing purposes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the lifestyle or interior design industry.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies, content creation, and social media management.

- Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and analytics software.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining close communication and collaboration with team members.
