The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new 4-star and 5-star properties to expand OYO Sunday's portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the hospitality industry, with a focus on upscale properties.

• Identify and prospect potential 4star and 5star hotel partners in the designated region.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, managers, and decisionmakers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Present OYO Sunday's value proposition and negotiate agreements to onboard new properties.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, revenue management, and marketing, to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development targets and objectives.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
