The Company intends to commence lending operations on April 1, 2024 and is in the process of recruiting the necessary personnel. Reporting to: AVP Strategy & Investor Relations

Scope of the role:

To support the preparation of investor reports, presentations, consensus gathering, and marketing materials, and play a pivotal role in developing reputation by contributing to the communication and organizing events with corporate management, our investors, and the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research & analysis.

- Working on multiple presentations to make decision

- Liaison with various internal stakeholders such as product, sales, Tech, Marketing

- Assisting Sr.'s in conducting end-to-end research to identify strategic initiatives

- Assist in creating and upgrading the customer journey (Lending products)

- Gain insights into the technological aspects of lending.

- Process development / SOP's

Must Have's:

- Experience: 2 to 3 years experience in banking or strategy consulting

- Graduation: Commerce & economics specialization

- Education: PG- MBA / CFA

- Good communication & Presentations skills
