Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) Implementation and Integration Specialist with expertise across various ALM tools and integration of engineering environments.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of industry-standard ALM, Requirements Management, Test Management, and Source Configuration Management tools, with specific experience in Siemens Polarion.


Key Responsibilities:
Implement and integrate ALM solutions, focusing on Requirements, Test, and Source Configuration Management tools.

Lead the integration efforts of Hardware-in-Loop (HIL), Model-in-Loop (MIL), Software-in-Loop (SIL), MATLAB Simulink, Jenkins, SVN, GIT, and create CI/CD pipelines with Siemens Polarion.

Familiarity with related Product tools such as IBM Rational Doors, PTC Integrity, Jama Contour, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Codebeamer.

Manage ALM Infrastructure activities including Cluster configuration, LDAP Integration, Single Sign-On (SSO) enablement, and integration with Identity providers like Okta.

Experience or knowledge in Apache, SQL, and Postgre for backend support and customization.

Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
X years of hands-on experience in implementing and integrating ALM solutions in complex environments.
Expertise in Siemens Polarion is mandatory; certification is a plus.
Proven experience with integrating engineering tools and creating CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with ALM Infrastructure setup and configuration, including Cluster configuration, LDAP Integration, and SSO enablement.
Working knowledge of Java, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML for customization and scripting within ALM tools.
