Your Role and Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print, and digital media
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
Video editing and graphic design using various Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Create graphic design work for videos and static graphics for emails, social media, internal digital platforms
Light photo editing and image resizing
Ability to create on-brand 2D motion graphics animations
Strong skills in After Effects preferred
Handle own editing workload including calendar planning, and balancing editing workload to stay on schedule
Foster a positive, proactive, collaborative, and creative work atmosphere
Keep current with the latest developments and trends in video production
Process video upload requests and additional administrative duties such as compressing videos, organizing and archiving video or design content, creating pre-production booklets, and other administrative tasks

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelors degree
3-5 years of experience in graphic design
Strong sense of design and brand
2D Animation graphics experience required; illustration and 3D animation experience a plus
Proficiency Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and other Creative Suite products
Knowledge of compression standards across multiple platforms
Creative thinker and innovator with an acute eye for engaging visual storytelling
Ability to adjust artistic vision based on the needs of the client and/or project goals

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Strong knowledge of the digital video landscape
Must be able to manage feedback from multiple parties and deal with curveballs
Experience with editing green-screen based studio/on-location production work, and have a deep understanding of its workflows
Ability to think on feet, multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure
Responsible, with a positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
