ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Improved Productivity of EV Sales Executives (DSE) & outdoor Test Drive Executives (TDE)
  • Availability of Customer Care Executive & competency building
  • Closed Loop Feedback (CLF) & Post-Sales Feedback (PSF) Adherence
  • Process & Standard Adherence

Requirement

  • Candidates with experience in 2W dealerships or agencies are required. However, having exposure of 4W and being open to moving to 2W segment can also be considered.
  • This role requires traveling for 20 20–22 days month across the region.
  • Regional language is mandatory
  • Minimum of 3–4 years of experience.
