Servicenow Developer Member of ITAM Data Quality Operations client is a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management, and wealth management services.

With offices across the globe, including NY, London, Hong Kong Mumbai, and Glasgow, the ITAM Data Quality Operations function is to facilitate and drive improvements to completeness and accuracy of IT asset data in the Firm's Configuration Management System (ServiceNow AMDB / CMDB), Technology Asset Inventory System Catalogue (TAISC), and Technology Asset Inventory Data Warehouse (TAIDW) encompassing all Firm affiliates and newly acquired entities (E-Trade, Shareworks, Eaton Vance / Parametric, Asia affiliate).

## PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITIL4 Foundations ITAM/Configuration Management Problem Management: Kepner-Tregoe method or 5 JIRA Project Management
## REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, SharePoint, PowerBI, and JIRA for tracking and reporting on team activities.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong Client (Internal) Management & Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Strong Data Analytical skills with the ability to digest requirements, share feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to details with the ability to identify data trends and patterns.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability; should be able to act independently.
  • Ability to work as part of a multiregion distributed team.
  • Individual must be able to multitask effectively.
