Job Description:

- Strategic, tactical and operational solution design to client business problems and drive implementation with client teams

- Independent management of work streams during project delivery

- Work with the client team on the ground: be it shop floor, sales field, office room, or the board room.

- Financial Review; Business performance review through analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements

- Primary Research; Design & develop questionnaire and conduct client/expert interviews to generate insights for client problem statements

- Reporting: Process Mapping and Governance enablement through Dashboard design

What are we looking for?

- MBA from a premier business school

- Thorough working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power point & MS Word

- Analytical & Data based problem solving ability

- Critical thinking

- Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication

- Passionate and driven to work in a fast-paced, highly engaging, client service environment

- Willingness to take ownership, agile and flexible

- Experience in Consulting/Analytics/Business Strategy/Manufacturing is added advantage

- Willing to travel (sometimes extensively when required, often every week 5 days.)
