We are looking for a CS Articleship intern with knowledge of statutory compliances to join our team at Gravita India Limited. As a CS Articleship intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of professionals and learn about the intricacies of statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

2. Prepare and maintain records for various statutory filings

3. Assist in conducting compliance audits and identifying areas for improvement

4. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required

5. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements
