About the Role

Efficiently manage the daily execution and coordination of activities related to embedded software development and testing for the Base Software Team. Take charge of overseeing all team activities from project conceptualization to production completion.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate BSW activities in EV Projects
  • Act as the primary technical contact for BSW queries
  • Implement, track, and report BSW progress based on customer requirements
  • Integrate delivered software components and provide support for SW integration
  • Facilitate communication between BSW developers and external parties
  • Participate in customer meetings and address technical issues
  • Handle customer requests effectively
  • Manage reporting for errors/bug fixing and delivery issues
  • Handle ticket assignments and task prioritization for developers
  • Define team composition and resource requirements

• Familiarity with functional safety assessments and evaluations
