About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Learning Linways products and staying up-to-date with its latest features

2. Product testing

3. Informing our customers about new features, and providing training

4. Identifying and assessing our customers needs to achieve satisfaction

5. Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

6. Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to users and configure Linways products

7. Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits, and following up on them to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

1. Problem-solving ability

2. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills

3. Should be excited to help customers

4. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

5. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters with the appropriate attitude
