Tata Motors Finance is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager in SCM Warehousing to join our team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain management and warehousing functions within the organization. This role requires expertise in SAP MM Module, MS Office, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Anticipate and understand customer needs and expectations, ensuring a customer-centric approach in all SCM activities.

Develop self and team members, recognizing the importance of continuous development for success.

Translate strategic plans into actionable steps and drive execution within the SCM department.

Lead by example, promoting and adhering to ethical standards in all business practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain management in the automobile industry.

Educational Qualification: D.M.E. or B.E.

Expertise in SAP MM Module, MS Office, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with the procurement and supply chain processes.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
