MOPS Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on-time execution of Seasonal Article Attributes creation as per Channels' and Partners' requirement
• Support the seasonal cataloguing process from creation/filling of product attributes' master sheet from various defined sources
• Create and maintain the data repository for multiple seasons with respect to Product attributes; to be SPOC for data dissemination as per cross-functional teams' requirements
• Maintaining Samples inward tracking (delivery notes)
• Support team with samples' photoshoots and related activities – documentation of sample availability status, eway bills' creation, Liaisoning with internal cross-functional deptts (Inwards, Sales teams) for inwards tracking, maintaining tracking reports, and delivery Liaisoning with external vendors/agencies for timely execution and tracking
• Support the Marketing operations team for seasonal sell-in readiness

Key Relationships:

• Local Marketing, Sales, CTC, Local Sourcing, SCM, Warehousing and external vendors

KPIs:

• Adherence to defined timelines, completeness of content delivered
• Delivery: as per agreed timelines and impact assessed

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• Fluent in English
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• IT skills: Outlook and Word and Excel skills
• Adapt to learn and master internal IT systems (sources for extracting required details)
