About the organization:

Roles & Responsibilities

New Product Creation and Development:

  • Conduct thorough research on market competition, investment products (PMS, AIF, MFs), and internal data to identify opportunities for new product development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on new product concepts for PMS, AIF, and Offshore platforms.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Operations team for the launch of new products on PMS and AIF platforms.

Maintaining Existing Products:

  • Oversee updating of all marketing collaterals on a monthly basis.
  • Work closely with the fund management teams for quarterly review and enhancement of marketing materials.
  • Address day-to-day inquiries related to our products from both Domestic and International Business Development teams.
  • Focus on establishing robust processes for all product-related and sales-oriented activities.
  • Innovate and propose ideas to support sales teams in achieving sales targets.
  • Collect industry data related to Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) from various sources.

Position Requirements

Qualification & Background:

  • MBA from premium business schools with a proven track record, with 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience in wealth management or asset management
  • Ability to work to deadlines with proven time management skills
  • Higher preference will be given to candidates that have direct work experience.

Compensation:

Salary will be discussed individually with selected candidates and will be at par with industry norms. Compensation will have a significant element of performance-linked bonus.

Location: Dadar, Mumbai

This will be a fulltime Work from Office role at our Mumbai office. Candidates from outside Mumbai must have clarity on relocating to Mumbai.
