Telecaller Internship

About the internship:Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases

2. Introduce company products or services, and effectively communicate their benefits

3. Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide relevant information or assistance

4. Follow scripts or guidelines provided for effective communication and adherence to company policies

5. Record details of interactions, inquiries, complaints, or comments for further analysis or follow-up

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. Excellent verbal communication skills in English

3. Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant telephone manner

4. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team

5. Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping

Note: Location: Ghaziabad, UP, India

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Ghaziabad and neighboring cities
