Senior Credit Analyst

Job Purpose:
- The candidate will manage the Regional Collections function in the Credit and Collection department.
- Responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from channel partners/end customers.
- Identifying accounts with overdue payments and maintaining records of the amount owed.
- Conducting collection and reporting activities within deadlines.
- Reconciling customer accounts and updating accounts receivable files.
- Following procedures to process invoices for timely payments.
- Investigating and resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Sending daily Cashflow reports to senior management.
- Ensuring overall hygiene of the AR is maintained.
Responsibilities:
60% tasks include:
- Extracting AR Aging Report and updating payment status in real time.
- Follow up with partners for AR Collections through emails, calls, and visits.
- Building business relations with Channel Partners/End Customers.
- Preparing collection forecasts on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.
- Coordinating with field runner for cheque collections.
- Providing details to account receipts against partner invoices.
20% task involves:
- Resolving disputed cases by engaging internal and external stakeholders.
20% tasks include:
- Performing Sales Order Releases in SAP.
- Handling Cheque return MIS and TDS Reconciliation.
- Preparing write-off lists and Legal Action initiation.
- Providing feedback on AR items and initiating legal processes.
- Managing Bank Reconciliation and Monthly AR provision.
- Collaborating with Auditors and Credit Insurance Agency.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
- MBA/PGDBA/MCOM/Bachelor's degree in Accounts and Finance.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
- Strong data analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships.
- Basic computer system application proficiency.
