- Maintenance Planner
As a member of the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for repairs and preventative maintenance on Distribution Center equipment and the building. You will utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to perform work efficiently.
As a custodial associate, you will be expected to safely and correctly perform facility upkeep activities such as cleaning, maintaining internal areas, and operating equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains, repairs, and conducts preventative maintenance on DC equipment and building.
- Utilizes CMMS for work efficiency.
- Performs facility upkeep activities following safety protocols.
- Reports unsafe conditions and suggests improvements.
- Ensures facility upkeep equipment is in working order.
- Complies with company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Maintenance Technician: Coursework or certification in electronic technology and 2 years of industrial maintenance experience specializing in electronic technology.
- Energy Center Technician: 1 year experience in industrial refrigeration or HVAC.
