The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer with strong development skills to join our dynamic team.

As a DevOps Engineer with developer experience, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between development and operations teams, facilitating collaboration, and implementing best practices to streamline software delivery and deployment processes.

Your Role


Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, test, security and deployment processes, leveraging tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide support and guidance in resolving production incidents and outages.

Implement and manage infrastructure as code solutions using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to automate the provisioning and configuration of cloud resources and environments.

Configure and manage containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and scale applications in production environments.

Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of production systems and applications, and implement proactive measures to detect and mitigate potential issues.

Integrate Apache Kafka into the CI/CD pipeline for event-driven architectures, ensuring reliable and scalable messaging between microservices and applications.

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, and software development, and share knowledge and expertise with the team.

What You Will Bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

5 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role, with a strong background in software development and operations.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, with experience in developing and maintaining software applications.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD and proficiency in version control systems such as Git.

Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation, and containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and proficiency in cloud services and resources.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration between development and operations teams.
