QR & Soundbox is one of Paytms business tools designed to help merchants grow and manage their businesses with simplicity and data-driven technology.


About the role:


The person should be capable of increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to the merchants across various locations.


Expectations/Requirements:
Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.

Ensure Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR & Soundbox deployment and product sales.

Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.

Skilled in coaching and mentoring, a quick learner who grasps and applies new ideas and concepts.

Plan the market size, span, and geographies for FSE.

Devise effective communication methods of plans/targets to minimize expectation vs delivery gap.

Monitor Quality parameters as suggested by the management.

Validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales made by the team.

Ensure team members are present in the market where sales & usage are regular.

Possess good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout the specified area.
