About the job

You will join the Bid Engineering team (Sales) part of the Welded Heat Exchangers (WHE) Business Unit responsible for developing and managing technical-commercial offers.

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs by working closely with the Outside Sales team and analyzing technical specifications to determine the best solution.
  • Evaluate technical proposals and guide the team to create winning offers that meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and project teams to ensure timely submission of offers.
  • Review technical data and prepare accurate quotation documents in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Lead process optimization initiatives in coordination with the factory team.
  • Support global Sales teams and interact with Central BU Sales and Sales Companies.

What you know -

  • Preferably hold a degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quotation preparation or project management, particularly in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries.
  • At least 1 year of experience with heat exchangers or pressure vessels.
  • Familiarity with heat transfer principles, API, ASME, PED, EN, and other pressure vessel codes is advantageous.
  • Customer-centric mindset with structured approach and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently.
  • Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in English, basic knowledge of French is a plus.
