What you'll do:

• Specialized roles include the following positions:
• Asset Protection roles involve investigating signs of shrink, suspicious or criminal activities, securing merchandise, and observing the behavior of others. Utilize specific equipment such as closed circuit television, walkie-talkies, systems, and telxons.
• Lead positions offer leadership in a production environment.
• Print Solutions technical roles require operating highly technical machines using appropriate tools, equipment, chemicals, and supplies. These positions demand specific skills like Graphic Artist, Color Press Operator, Web Press Operator, Binding and Finishing, Ink mixer, and Ink Jet Operators.
• Systems Technology and Reclamation (STaR) technical roles like Network and Imaging Lab Technician.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Asset Protection position requires 6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year work experience or coursework in a safety, compliance, or security-related field.
• Print Solutions Technical positions may require 6 months experience operating industrial, production, or manufacturing equipment/machinery. An Associate's Degree or vocational degree in Graphic Arts OR 1 year experience as a Walmart associate including experience operating Macintosh based systems and software OR 1 year experience as a Graphic Artist preparing files for printing using Macintosh based systems.
• STaR technical or Lab positions may require 1 year experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year work experience in program coding, software development, or related field. 2 years of work experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word functions. 1 year experience developing programming code.
