About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring calls for the counselors

2. Sharing feedback & email) with counselors

3. Creating awareness & promoting a quality environment through huddles

4. Auditing the process of hygiene

5. Coaching & mentoring the associates to improve their performance

6. Participating in calibration sessions

Please note that for outstation candidates, we provide PG accommodation for the first 7 days and also reimbursement of AC-3 tier train fare for relocation.

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
