About the role

Your responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth product and market research to lead the discovery of innovative opportunities.

- Convert product strategy into detailed requirements, shaping prototypes and product development.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration to craft products that address user needs and provide significant value.

- Manage the product backlog and roadmap, ensuring a customer-centric approach to priority features.

- Champion the communication of product visions to stakeholders, inspiring engagement and alignment.

- Remain at the forefront of digital trends to continually refine and advance our product suite.

The experience we're looking for

- Experience in digital product management, showcasing an ability to navigate the full development lifecycle.

- Proven track record working with agile methodologies to bring digital products to life.

- Strong analytical skills, utilising market insights and user feedback to guide product decisions.

- Excellent communicator with a knack for expressing complex product strategies in simple terms.

- Customer-focused mindset with a history of creating products that genuinely make a difference.

- Skilled in fostering team collaboration and driving projects forward amidst changing landscapes.

- Qualified/Part qualified accountant CIMA/ACCA/ACA

- Strong experience of working within technology/IT departments and contracts

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Tax and Legal requirements
