Key Responsibilities:

Profit & Loss Management:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets set for the ICT division, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to achieve budgeted P&L results.
  • Drive cost optimization measures and revenue enhancement initiatives to maximize profitability.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to department heads and their teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support professional development to ensure team engagement and effectiveness.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering results.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement longterm strategic plans for the ICT division, in alignment with market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements.
  • Identify growth opportunities, evaluate market dynamics, and assess competitive threats to position the division for sustainable growth and success.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage.

Departmental Oversight and Governance:

  • Provide oversight and direction to department heads in areas including IT Cloud and Infrastructure, Information and Cyber Security, Digital Transformation, IT Managed Services, Projects, and Telecom.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices within each department.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among departments to optimize resource utilization and drive synergies.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align priorities, address concerns, and drive consensus on key initiatives and decisions.
  • Represent the ICT division in meetings, presentations, and negotiations as needed, advocating for divisional interests and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of delivering P&L results for ITbased businesses.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives and managing complex projects.
  • Knowledge of relevant technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in the ICT domain.
