Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
Assist customers in understanding and utilizing our products or services
Maintain customer records and update relevant information
Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Upsell and cross-sell products or services as appropriate
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Education: 12th Standard / PUC or equivalent
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply

Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in English and local language (Tamil)
Active listening skills and empathy
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to handle challenging situations with calmness and professionalism
Basic computer knowledge

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for the Customer Care Executive position ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month. Incentives may be provided based on performance.
Job Type and Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position with 6 working days per week. Shifts can be during the day or night, based on business requirements.
