Lead - ATL

Experience:

  • Proven track record of successful project management and strategic leadership

  • Experience in fostering crossfunctional collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee abovetheline (ATL) activities, including brand management, advertising
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance brand visibility and market positioning
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align ATL activities with overall business objectives
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure the delivery of highquality ATL initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform ATL strategies
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all ATL activities
  • Lead crossfunctional teams to drive integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and key stakeholders
  • Provide strategic guidance and support for crisis communication and reputation management
  • Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable energy and infrastructure solutions

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Certification Required:

  • Professional certification in Marketing or Project Management is an advantage
