We are hiring for a Presales Solutions Role in P&C Insurance at a leadership level.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience with exposure to the P&C/ General Insurance domain P&C/General Insurance Domain expert, who has extensive exposure to working with Solutions team and has owned endtoend RFP/ RFI response process for Insurance (Property and Casualty)
  • Ability to define projects, execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and to budget.
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fastpaced, constantly evolving team environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of presales solution architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their technical and presales skills.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the endtoend presales solutioning process for insurance projects, including analysing client requirements, designing solutions, and presenting proposals.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and technical teams to develop and articulate compelling value propositions for clients.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of presales deliverables, including proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
