  • Facilitates defining Rolling Roadmap for multiple years along with OKRs and KPIs \r
  • Facilitates Quarterly Planning Facilitate the 4 Quarter Plan \r
  • Documents and monitors business processes to assess current state. Identify standardization and simplification opportunities and emerging requirements for improving business processes \r
  • Translates business needs into specific business requirements. Collaborate with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into functional / technical requirements \r
  • Supports BRM (Business Relationship Manager) and PM (Product Manager) with estimating benefits to business processes and building business cases \r
  • Create user stories for desired solution functionality \r
  • Partners with Solution Architects and Developers to support solution development activities \r
  • Partners with delivery vendors. Communicates technical requirements, define deliverables, and oversee execution \r
  • Collaborates with IT Infrastructure & Operations to define Release plan \r

Qualifications * Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field \r

  • 10+ years experience in business analysis, designing solutions and supporting technology product roadmap maintenance and evolution \r
  • Ability to invent process/technology capabilities that users never imagined; can start from scratch \r
  • Views ambiguity as opportunity to define and drive business evolution \r
  • Can easily structure large amounts of complex information within a process framework \r
  • Good knowledge and understanding on the business processes especially on Commercial and operation \r
  • Rich experience to enable business process efficiency & effectiveness for value creation with IT products \r
  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies \r
  • Advanced analytical, conceptual & innovative thinking capability \r
  • Strong communication skills, including primarily conducting business in English while working with regional & global teams with diverse culture \r
  • Practical experience in agriculture industry is helpful, but not required \r
