Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere by making beds, thorough dusting, and vacuuming floors, ensuring rooms are "vacant inspected" for guest comfort.
  • Adhere to Hotel policies for handling "Do Not Disturb," "Safety Latch," and "Double Lock" rooms.
  • Follow task sheet instructions meticulously to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness.
  • Maintain guest room supplies and linens as per established standards.
  • Efficiently transport linens from the Laundry to Housekeeping pantry areas.
  • Keep Housekeeping pantry organized and stocked according to set standards.
  • Handle master keys and assigned equipment responsibly.
  • Report daily maintenance requirements in assigned rooms and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Take charge of laundry operations for guests and staff, including uniform management and minor garment repairs.
  • Assist in routine inventory checks of supplies and operating equipment.
  • Thoroughly clean and maintain various areas, including banquet halls, guest washrooms, offices, staircases, and outdoor spaces.
  • Uphold hygiene standards by sanitizing and disinfecting designated areas.
