ROLE SUMMARY
Serve guests from different parts of the world as they commence their travel journey.

Create a seamless experience and cultivate loyal brand enthusiasts by addressing inquiries about property amenities, services, and room arrangements to align with our goal of being the preferred travel company worldwide.

Manage incoming communications for various Marriott brands and aid customers with their reservation needs or queries through selected channels such as voice, email, and chat.

Responsibilities consist of handling reservation requests and assisting with fundamental loyalty and customer care needs. This position will recognize guest reservation requirements and utilize sales strategies to optimize revenue. Ensure adherence to guidelines for special booking regulations and requests, loyalty standards, and case handling.

Offer customer assistance through support and direction in resolving issues and maintaining transparent communication with Marriott properties, relevant company contacts, and external parties.


Adhere to all company policies and procedures; maintain a neat and professional appearance; uphold the confidentiality of confidential information; safeguard company assets; ensure the privacy and safety of guests and colleagues.

Greet and acknowledge all guests following company protocols; anticipate and meet guests' service requirements; aid individuals with disabilities; express gratitude to guests sincerely.

Communicate with others using articulate and professional language; respond to phone calls with appropriate manners.

Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with others; collaborate with the team to achieve mutual objectives; attentively address the concerns of fellow employees.

Adhere to quality assurance standards and expectations. Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and position objects weighing up to 10 pounds unaided. Fulfill other reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
Completion of high school or equivalent G.E.D.

Related Work Experience:
No relevant work experience.

Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory background.

License or Certification:
None
