In this role you will...

Develop, maintain and enhance .NET applicationsand services to contribute to our legacy and cloud platform.Triage customer product and technicalissues/defects and provide timely resolution.Look for opportunities to provide root cause fixand stop issues from re-occurring.Focus on 'first time right' approach.Partner with fellow engineers, product managers,and other team members as appropriate.Develop and maintain thorough knowledge andunderstanding of products.Adopt best development practices.Participate in architectural decisions anddesign considerationsCollaborate with global Engineering, Product andRelease teams, as necessary.Troubleshoot complex production issues andprovide detailed RCA.
You've Got What It Takes If You Have...

Bachelor's or master's degree in ComputerScience or related field.3+ years of experience with active hands-ondevelopment experience in object-oriented languages like, C#,.NETStrong experience developing Microservices,RESTful services or other SOA development experience is a plus.Strong TDD approach and hands-on experience ontools like Nunit, xUnit or any other testing tools or frameworks.Strong in OOP and SOLID design principles. Hands-on experience with github, bitbucket, etc.Should have work experience in Agile SCRUM orKANBAN.Should be very good at analyzing andDebugging/Troubleshooting functional and technical issues.Should have good insight onPerformance/Optimization techniques.Good understanding on secure developmentpractices and proactively codes to avoid security issues. Able to resolveall findings.Excellent analytical, quantitative andproblem-solving abilitiesConversant in algorithms, software design patterns,and their best usage.Self-motivated, requiring minimal oversight.

Exposure to modern java script frameworks like React is a plus.Good team player with the ability to handlemultiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal, written, and oralcommunication skills.Passion for continuous process and technologyimprovementUnderstand basic AWS core services and basic architecture best practices.Experience in working on projects with public cloud providers like Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud, etc is a plus.Should be able to optimize designs/queries for scale.Proficient experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server/Postgres. Exposure to other non-relational DBs like MongoDB is a plus
