Looking for CA/CPA/MBA qualified professionals with 10-12 years of experience in US regulatory reporting. As an Assistant Vice President, this role will be responsible for supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory filings to U.S. Regulators, ranging across Financial reporting (FRY 9C, FFIEC 031, FRY 15) Treasury International Capital ("TIC") reporting, Bureau of Economic Analysis surveys and Regulation K Compliance and Monitoring
What you will be responsible for
- Lead the preparation, review, and submission of various regulatory reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis for the Call Report FFIEC 031, FRY- 9C, FR Y -15, FR 2644, FR 2900 and other regulatory filings.
- Conduct internal research and draft responses Regulator enquiries from time to time.
- Actively participate in internal and external audit and assurance reviews. Effectively manage the resolution of identified issues. Develop and execute the associated remediation plans.
- Assess and analyze proposed changes to regulations and determine its impact on regulatory filings.
- Liaise with Regulatory Governance to ensure compliance with all established governance policies.
- Partner with various internal stakeholders (IT, Global Accounting, Controllers, etc.) on various initiatives to enhance BAU reporting and related processess.
- Execute change management initiatives independently by collaborating with Business and IT teams.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- CA / CPA/MBA with 10-12 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience with Big 4 accounting firms, or Banks (in Audit, Legal Entity Controller or Regulatory Reporting) is a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines
- Promotes teamwork, works collaboratively, and builds effective working relationships
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Completes own role independently or with minimal supervision/guidance
- Provides guidance and mentoring to junior team members
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products and able to learn other systems quickly, Axiom and Essbase familiarity a plus.
