About the internship:

As an event management intern at Firefly Productions And Events, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced event planners to create unforgettable experiences for our clients. Your role will involve coordinating logistics, communicating with vendors and clients, and ensuring that every detail of the event is executed flawlessly.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with the planning and organization of events from start to finish

2. Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth execution

3. Creating and maintaining event timelines and budgets

4. Assisting with on-site event management, including set-up and coordination

5. Utilizing MS PowerPoint, MS Office, and MS Excel to create presentations and track event details

6. Conducting research and stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the team

7. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks
