Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcome customers with a warm smile and prioritize their needs.

Provide excellent customer service with honesty, positivity, and friendliness.

Maintain composure and efficiency, especially during busy periods.

Utilize your mathematical, multitasking, and computer skills effectively.

Operate the Restaurant POS system, Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and other necessary software.

Proficiently handle debit card machines for transactions.

Take customer orders at the counter and process payments accurately.

Manage cash transactions and ensure precise calculations.

Update cash entries in the payment system at the end of each meal.

Maintain accurate cash reports and balance cash registers at the end of shifts.

Adapt to a flexible schedule, including day, night, and holiday shifts if required.

Provide assistance to other team members as needed.

Requirements:

Effective communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).

1 year of cashiering experience preferred.
